Access reconciliation
Validate and respond to discrepancies between accesses in PASK and the external system.

Consistency. Control. Reconciliation.
Reconciliation in PASK involves comparing current user permissions in the source system (e.g. Active Directory) with what appears in PASK.
The system automatically identifies discrepancies and generates a report that allows you to take specific action - revoke or confirm access.
Why is reconciliation important?
Redundant or outdated accesses are a common source of incidents. Reconciliation helps detect them quickly – before they become a problem.
Identify - Decide - Act
PASK's reconciliation process automates the detection of access discrepancies, supports decision-making and enforces decisions immediately - with no manual work and no delays.

Identify
The system automatically generates a reconciliation report based on the source file. The report indicates discrepancies between the reference state and the current accesses.
Decide
Data from the report is used in the access review process, which can be configured so that discrepancies in specific authorizations are routed to the appropriate decision-makers responsible for resolving them.

Act
Decisions made in the review are implemented immediately - the system automatically issues the appropriate equalization orders and brings the status of accesses into compliance.
