Privacy Policy
§1. General Provisions
- The Administrator ensures that all efforts are made to process Personal Data with the utmost respect for the privacy of data subjects and with the highest level of care for the security of the processed Personal Data. In particular, the Administrator ensures that appropriate legal measures have been taken to guarantee the security of Personal Data.
- The Administrator declares that technical and organizational measures are applied to ensure the protection of processed Personal Data, adequate to the risks and categories of data protected. In particular, the data is secured against access by unauthorized persons, acquisition by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of the law, and alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.
- By accepting this Privacy Policy, the User agrees to the rules for processing their Personal Data in connection with the use of the Website, as described in this document.
§2. Definitions
- Administrator – refers to UNITEAM SP. Z O.O., Al. Ks. J. Poniatowskiego 1, 03-901 Warsaw, NIP: 5213537123, REGON: 0000332156, e-mail: biuro@uniteam.pl, website: www.uniteam.pl. The term "Administrator" also refers to the controller of Personal Data as defined in Article 4(7) of the GDPR.
- Personal Data – means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (in the context of this Privacy Policy – the User); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
- Software – means web browsers used by the User to access the Website.
- Cookies – means IT data, particularly text files, stored on the User's Device, intended for use with the Website.
- Processing of Personal Data – means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
- Website – means the website operated at www.uniteam.pl.
- Service – means the service provided electronically to the User by the Administrator via the Website, in particular through contact forms available at www.uniteam.pl.
- Device – means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Website, particularly: PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones.
- User – means any person who uses the Service via the Website.
§3. Processing of Personal Data

The User's Personal Data will be processed to provide the Service and for marketing purposes. The legal basis for processing Personal Data may include:
- necessity for the performance of a contract for the provision of electronic services;
- necessity for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Administrator is subject;
- legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator – in relation to the processing of Personal Data for marketing purposes during the legal relationship between the User and the Administrator, as well as for the period after service provision, during which the User may raise claims.
- Providing Personal Data by the User is voluntary, but necessary to use the Service.
- The User may also separately consent to receiving commercial, advertising, and marketing information from the Administrator. The User may withdraw such consent at any time.
- The Administrator processes or may process the following Personal Data voluntarily provided by the User:
- first and last name,
- email addresses,
- phone number.
- The Administrator stores Personal Data in the User database to facilitate potential future contact with the Users.
- Recipients of Personal Data include individuals authorized by the Administrator to process data within their job responsibilities, as well as entities performing IT, accounting, HR, legal, and tax services for the Administrator, particularly based on data processing agreements.
- The Administrator declares that tools such as Google Analytics or other similar tools may be used to analyze Website traffic.
- The Administrator may disclose User data and information during legal proceedings to authorized authorities, such as prosecutors or courts.
- The Administrator will process the User’s Personal Data for the period during which the User may raise claims related to the Service.
- The Administrator adheres to the following principles when processing Personal Data:
- stores collected Personal Data only on media secured against third-party access;
- supervises the security of Personal Data throughout its possession to ensure protection against unauthorized access, damage, destruction, or loss;
- maintains the confidentiality of Personal Data.
- The User whose Personal Data is processed has the right to request access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, or objection to processing, as specified in §5 of this Policy.
§4. Cookies
- The Administrator uses Cookies on the Website.
- The Website uses two main types of Cookies:
- session cookies – temporary files stored on the User’s Device until the User leaves the Website or turns off the Software;
- persistent cookies – stored on the User’s Device for a period defined in the Cookie parameters or until deleted by the User.
- The following types of Cookies may be used on the Website:
- "necessary" – enabling use of the Website;
- "performance" – collecting information on how the Website is used;
- "functional" – allowing settings selected by the User to be saved and the User interface to be personalized (e.g. language, font size, website appearance);
- "advertising" – enabling the delivery of advertising content more tailored to the User’s interests.
- Cookies described in sections 2 and 3 above are used to create statistics that support analysis of how Users use the Website, which helps improve its structure and content.
- The solutions used in the Website are safe for Users’ Devices.
§5. Users’ Rights
- The User has the right to access their Personal Data and to correct it at any time.
- The User may choose the scope and duration of their use of the Website and the information they wish to share. If the User does not wish their Personal Data to remain in the database, they have the right to request its deletion.
- Where Personal Data is processed for marketing purposes based on consent, the User has the right to withdraw consent at any time by written statement or by email to the Administrator at: biuro@uniteam.pl.
- The User has the right to correct, complete, update, rectify, and request deletion of their Personal Data.
- The User has the right to object to the processing of Personal Data based on legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or a third party.
- To request correction, supplementation, updating, rectification, restriction, deletion, or objection to processing of their Personal Data, the User should send a request to the Administrator via e-mail: biuro@uniteam.pl or by post to: Al. Ks. J. Poniatowskiego 1, 03-901 Warsaw.
- The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if the Administrator does not process their Personal Data lawfully.
- The User may limit or disable Cookies on their Device. If this option is used, access to some Website functionalities that require Cookies may be restricted.
- The User can change Cookie settings at any time, particularly to block automatic handling of Cookies in the browser settings or to be notified whenever they are stored on the User's Device. Detailed information about handling Cookies is available in the Software settings.
- The User can delete Cookies at any time using browser features.
§6. Final Provisions
- The Website may contain links to other websites. Such websites operate independently of the Administrator and are not supervised in any way by the Administrator. These websites may have their own privacy policies and regulations, which we recommend reading.
- Questions and concerns about this Privacy Policy should be sent to: biuro@uniteam.pl.
- The Administrator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy.
- Users will be informed of any changes to the Privacy Policy at least seven (7) days in advance via the Website.
