Uniteam is a polish technology company that has been specializing in delivering modern IT solutions for businesses and Institutions for years. Our mission is to provide organizations with tools that enhance security, streamline processes, and support their growth.
We have been building Uniteam since 2009. We started by collaborating with a very important client, and over time, we evolved into an enterprise with a defined organizational culture, cohesive visual identity, and standardized processes. We set ourselves two main challenges.
The first was to create not just a team of employees, but a true community where everyone feels not only connected to the company but also invested in its success.
The second challenge was to create our own product. A breakthrough moment came in 2019 when we launched PASK, an identity and access management system. This marked the beginning of a new chapter in the company's operations.
Today, the PASK IdM system is developed by ATS - a dedicated Uniteam subsidiary responsible for its design and development. This gives us direct influence over the product's development direction, providing our clients with a solution tailored to the real needs and challenges of modern organizations.
