Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Electronic Services

Effective as of 15 April 2026

Uniteam Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider” or “Uniteam”), with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland, at Al. Ks. Józefa Poniatowskiego 1, 03-901 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS No. 0000332156, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 521-353-71-23, Statistical Number (REGON) 141951128, with a share capital of PLN 60,000.00 fully paid up,

in order to comply with:

  1. the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1513),
  2. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR),
  3. the Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1221, as amended),

hereby adopts these Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Electronic Services (“Terms and Conditions”), specifying in particular the types and scope of electronic services provided, the conditions for their provision, including technical requirements and the prohibition of unlawful content, the privacy policy, the terms for concluding and terminating agreements for the provision of electronic services, the complaint procedure, and the rules governing the transmission of commercial information.


Chapter 1. General Provisions

1.1 Definitions:

  • Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Electronic Services.
  • ICT System – a set of cooperating IT devices and software ensuring the processing, storage, transmission and receipt of data through telecommunications networks using terminal equipment appropriate for a given network type within the meaning of the Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024.
  • Electronic Communication Means – technical solutions, including ICT devices and related software tools, enabling individual remote communication through data transmission between ICT systems, including in particular electronic mail.
  • Electronic Services – services provided without the simultaneous presence of the parties (at a distance), through data transmission at the individual request of the service recipient, sent and received by means of electronic data processing devices, including digital compression and data storage, wholly transmitted, received or conveyed via a telecommunications network within the meaning of the Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024.
  • Service Provider – Uniteam Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, Al. Ks. J. Poniatowskiego 1, 03-901 Warsaw, Poland, NIP 5213537123, KRS 0000332156.
  • Service Recipient – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Service Provider’s services, is a party to a service agreement, and undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Act – the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1513).

1.2. The Service Provider provides electronic services via the following websites: www.uniteam.pl oraz www.pask.id

1.3. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions when activating a service available on www.uniteam.pl or www.pask.id constitutes full acceptance of all provisions herein.


Chapter 2. Types and Scope of Electronic Services

2.1. The Service Provider provides the following electronic services:

  1. Newsletter Service,
  2. Webinar Service.

2.2. The Service Provider may also provide electronic services under separate agreements.


Chapter 3. Newsletter Service

3.1. The Newsletter Service consists of delivering electronic messages containing the latest information related to the Service Provider’s website and activities, which may include promotional or commercial content, including information regarding the latest versions and updates of the PASK system.

3.2. The Newsletter Service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period.

3.3 Promotional or commercial information shall be deemed ordered if the Service Recipient has consented to receive such information by registering in the Service Provider’s IT system and, in particular, by providing an email address for this purpose. Providing an email address and thereby consenting to receive commercial communications from the Service Provider by electronic means pursuant to Article 398 of the Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024 is necessary to use the Newsletter Service.

3.4 The Service Recipient may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time with immediate effect by informing the Service Provider in any form (in writing, by telephone, or by email) or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every Newsletter message. Unsubscription constitutes termination of the electronic service agreement concerning the Newsletter.

3.5. The Newsletter Service is provided using ICT solutions and tools supplied by a third-party provider, MailerLite. Newsletter recipients agree to comply with MailerLite’s Terms of Service available at: https://www.mailerlite.com/pl/legal/terms-of-service.


Chapter 4. Webinar Service

4.1. The Webinar Service consists of remote lectures conducted by experts during which participants may ask questions via the provided chat function. The Service Provider reserves the right to select the questions that will be answered.

4.2. The topic, date, duration, and presenters of a specific webinar will be announced on www.uniteam.pl, www.pask.id, and the Service Provider’s social media channels, including LinkedIn.

4.3. Participation in webinars is free of charge for registered participants. However, due to technical limitations, the number of participants may be restricted.

4.4. Whether webinar recordings are made available to participants is at the sole discretion of the Service Provider. The Service Provider does not guarantee access to webinar recordings.

4.5. The Service Provider shall make every reasonable effort to conduct scheduled webinars. However, webinars may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control, including force majeure, presenter unavailability, or malfunction of third-party ICT solutions and tools. The Service Provider will promptly inform participants of a new webinar date and provide an opportunity to attend.

4.6. Participation in a webinar requires registration and the provision of the following information:

  • full name,
  • business email address,
  • place of employment or represented company/institution.

4.7.All content presented during webinars, including presentation materials and webinar recordings (“Content”), constitutes the intellectual property of the Service Provider and is legally protected. Accordingly, the following is prohibited:

  • distributing the Content;
  • making the Content available to third parties, whether in its original form or as modified, adapted, translated, or otherwise developed works.

4.8. Questions submitted by webinar participants may be recorded for the purpose of further distribution of the webinar and for creating summaries containing participants’ questions and presenters’ answers.

4.9. The Service Provider reserves the right to exclude or deny access to participants who:

  • use the webinar contrary to these Terms and Conditions or applicable law;
  • infringe the rights of the Service Provider, other participants, or third parties;
  • use the webinar for advertising purposes;
  • conduct activities competing with the Service Provider;
  • are employees or collaborators of competing entities;
  • are personally or financially affiliated with competing entities.

4.10. The Webinar Service is delivered using ICT solutions and tools provided by ClickMeeting. Participants agree to comply with ClickMeeting’s Terms of Service available at: https://clickmeeting.com/pl/legal.

4.11. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Service Recipient in connection with the services described in this Chapter, including damages resulting from false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the Service Recipient in relation to the webinar subject matter. This limitation shall not apply in cases of intentional misconduct by the Service Provider or where mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.


Chapter 5. General Conditions for the Provision of Electronic Services

5.1. The Service Provider provides services to Service Recipients under the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

5.2. The Service Recipient undertakes to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5.3. The Service Recipient shall use the Service Provider’s website and services in accordance with applicable law and with due respect for personal rights, copyrights, and intellectual property rights of the Service Provider and third parties.

5.4. The Service Recipient shall refrain from:

  • abusing electronic communication means, including causing disruption or overloading of the Service Provider’s ICT systems or those of third parties involved in service provision;
  • attempting to test, breach, or circumvent security measures of the Service Provider’s ICT systems or gain unauthorized access thereto;
  • using the services in a manner contrary to law, good practice, or the legitimate interests of the Service Provider;
  • transmitting, introducing, or disseminating through the Service Provider’s ICT systems any content that infringes third-party rights, accepted social norms, or applicable law.

5.5. The Service Recipient shall indemnify the Service Provider against any costs or liability arising from content supplied by the Service Recipient in breach of Section 5.4(d), including claims brought by third parties.

5.6. The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from use of the services contrary to law, good practice, or these Terms and Conditions.

5.7. If the Service Provider obtains reliable information or notification from a competent authority regarding unlawful activities of a Service Recipient, it may suspend access to the services. The Service Provider shall not be liable for such suspension.

5.8. The Service Provider reserves the right to perform maintenance works, updates, or upgrades that may temporarily restrict access to services, as well as the right to suspend or limit services without prior notice where necessary to restore security and stability of the ICT system.

5.9. The Service Provider shall keep confidential all information entered by Service Recipients into its ICT systems, except where:

  • the information is publicly available through no fault of the Service Provider;
  • disclosure is required by law or by a competent court or authority;
  • the Service Recipient has consented to disclosure.

5.10. The Service Provider shall keep confidential all personal data made available in connection with service provision.

5.11. The Service Recipient is required to provide accurate and truthful information.

5.12. Complaints regarding electronic services may be submitted:

  • in writing to the Service Provider’s registered address; or
  • electronically to: kontakt@uniteam.pl

Complaints will be considered without undue delay and no later than 14 days from submission.


Chapter 6. Minimum Technical Requirements

6.1. To use the Service Provider’s website, the following are required:

  • a computer, laptop, or other multimedia device;
  • access to email services;
  • a web browser with cookies enabled;
  • JavaScript enabled;
  • Internet access and a browser supporting HTML5.

6.2. A detailed description of technical requirements and security measures is provided in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions.


Chapter 7. Risks Associated with Electronic Services

7.1. Using electronic services involves the risk of unwanted software infecting the user’s IT system, including malware designed to cause damage.

7.2. To mitigate such risks, Service Recipients are advised to install and regularly update antivirus software.

7.3. The use of a firewall is also recommended.

7.4. In addition to malware threats, users may face cyberattacks. The Service Provider applies security measures designed to prevent or significantly hinder unauthorized access to its systems and cooperates with reputable service providers such as ClickMeeting and MailerLite, which maintain their own security measures.


Chapter 8. Final Provisions

8.1. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the applicable laws of Poland.

8.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, including changes in applicable laws affecting their implementation.

8.3. For continuous-service agreements (Newsletter Service), amended Terms and Conditions shall become binding provided the Service Recipient has been properly informed and has not terminated the agreement within 14 calendar days of notification. If amendments introduce fees, consumers shall have the right to withdraw from the agreement.

8.4. For agreements other than continuous-service agreements (e.g., Webinar Service), amendments shall not affect rights acquired by consumer Service Recipients before the amendments take effect.

8.5. The Newsletter and Webinar Services do not require the Service Recipient to entrust personal data to the Service Provider for processing on their behalf.
