Information Clause
Pursuant to Article 13(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we hereby inform you that:

- The personal data provided by you in the contact form is processed solely for the purpose of responding to the inquiry submitted through the contact form, i.e., pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller, namely the proper handling of customer service, including responding to inquiries and contacting you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry or to contact you.
- The recipients of your personal data are entities providing hosting, servicing, consulting, marketing, and accounting services. Your data may also be disclosed upon request to entities authorized under applicable law. The Controller will not make any automated decisions concerning you, including decisions resulting from profiling. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
- You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data by the Controller:
- The right of access to your data;
- The right to rectification of your data;
- The right to erasure of your data;
- The right to restriction of processing;
- The right to data portability to another controller;
- The right to object to the processing of your data.
- Your data will be processed for the time necessary to respond to your inquiry or to establish contact with you, and afterward, for the period required to secure or pursue any potential legal claims.
